Wentworth(less) brodudes strike again

I go to the Mass College of Art in Boston. We basically share a campus with a tech/safety school called Wentworth.

When a pair of Mass Art women decided they wanted to get it on, about a dozen Wentworth d00dz decided they could not only watch, but videotape it, and then put it online. All without the women's knowledge, never mind consent.

I'm livid. I know these girls and this case is JUST starting to get attention.

I am furious that it happened, extra furious that the d00dz don't think they really did anything wrong and that bitches should close their shades (not wear such short skirts) if they don't wanna get videotaped (raped) and are only sorry they got caught, and also that someone even had the nerve to come up to one of the women and say "That's so cool", like she should be happy that she's been made a "celebrity".

The window being open doesn't matter.  One time I had to chase off two dudebros who were using a ladder to try to look down and in through my closed venetian blinds.  Dudebros are the reason I carry a jo in one hand and mace in the other to go anywhere at night, even out to my car.  Never took such extreme cautions in Miami, but in a university city has been unquestionably necessary.  Men my age in college as a group just honestly don't care about other people.  They respond to anyone who points out the harm they cause with one syllable:  "So?"

or how about (and I hate using gay people to make a comparison but only other men can scare a dudebro) telling the asshats that if they believe this they should also have no problem with gay guy's RIGHT to videotape their exposed penises in a public shower or bathroom because they didn't cover up properly so it's ok? I once heard that peeping-tommery isn't illegal. It should be, but maybe I got bad information or the law's changed since. I've suffered many many peeping toms. Just saying.
Video taping someone without their consent is another matter, however.
The dudebros sure must have taken some pains to get a videotape of people in another building across an alley. Just pop in something from your porno collection and leave people alone - not that I condone porn, but you know these guys have plenty they don't have to go out of their way to violate a couple's privacy.
The "That's so cool!" line is pretty clearly indicative of the notion a lot of fuckwits have that women, lesbians particularly, only exist for dudes' entertainment and sexual gratification.

How is being a peeping tom not trespassing and harassment?

I ask this not to doubt you, wiggles, when you say that it is not considered a crime (depending on where one lives, I imagine, although the P has invaded all of our communities/cities/countries). But even if it were a crime I don't see the cops doing anything about it, unless maybe the perpetrator was a person of Colour, homeless person, etc).

What, no "get out of jail free" card for those who can't afford university?
